Meadowcrest


Meadowcrest is a deed-restricted community. Each village in the Meadowcrest community has a Property Owners' Association (POA) that is staffed by volunteers to oversee the operations. Property owners pay a monthly fee to support the community as well as the maintenance of common areas and amenities, which include a clubhouse, two swimming pools, tennis courts, park with walking trails, horseshoe area, bocce ball court, shuffleboards, gardens, waterfalls, and fountains.
	Meadowcrest is comprised of five villages of residential homes and villas located in Crystal River, Florida. Crystal River is located 80 miles North of Tampa on the Gulf Coast in Citrus County of Florida. The five villages are Arbor Court, Fairmont, Fox Hollow, Hillcrest, and Pinehurst.
About Arbor Court Village Arbor Court was the first village built in Meadowcrest and is the one that is most centrally located within the community. The developer's plans to have every resident enjoy the peace, serenity, and beauty surrounding each building has been successfully captured. The view from any home's window is an unexpected gift. The old, big, and beautiful live oaks surrounded by expanses of green grass and well-trimmed shrubbery make for pristine landscaping. About Fox Hollow Village Fox Hollow Village is comprised of single family homes where monthly maintenance fees cover lawn and shrub maintenance, trash disposal, cable TV, exterior home painting. The homes are laid out in a staggered fashion and each home has unique landscaping plans. This village started in 1996 and has been growing ever since. About Hillcrest Village Hillcrest Village is comprised of single-family homes. The neighborhood is an interesting mix of people from different parts of the country and from diverse business and professional backgrounds. While many of the residents are retirees, they do enjoy having some young families living in their village. About Fairmont Village Whether you are driving or walking through Fairmont Village's winding streets, you will find established well-kept landscaping along the beautiful and quaint architectural design of the villas. Fairmont homeowners are a friendly group -- willing to lend a hand where needed. There are always plenty of social activities to suit everyone's desire, but also quiet for those who prefer to relax. The monthly maintenance fees pay for the well maintained lawns and shrubbery as well as scheduled painting of the home's exterior.
